How much does a website or app cost?
It genuinely depends on what you need — which is why we quote every project individually rather than publishing package prices that fit nobody. After a free scoping call you'll have a fixed, written number. If it doesn't work for your budget, we'll tell you what a smaller version could look like.
Do I own the finished work?
Yes — completely. The code, the design, the domain, the hosting, and the app store accounts are all registered to you. If we part ways tomorrow, everything keeps working and any competent developer can take over.
Do I need a new phone number, website, or booking tool for the system?
No. It's built on what you already have. Your number stays yours: a second line in your name only picks up when you don't, texts the caller back, and emails you the voicemail typed out. The website forms and the calendar can be anyone's; we don't need to have built them. If you have none of these yet, we build them, and the system is part of the same quote.
Won't automatic texts annoy my customers?
Not if they're the texts a good front-desk person would send: a call-back within a minute, a booking link when someone asks for one, and a single review request when the job is done. Every message goes out under your business name, in wording you approved, and says how to stop them. Nobody is marketed to, and nobody is asked for a review twice.
What happens after launch?
Whatever you want it to. Some clients take the handover and run everything themselves; others move onto a monthly care plan — updates, security patches, backups, monitoring, and a set allowance of small changes. Care plans are quoted with your project, clearly, and only if you want one. Bigger changes are quoted separately, as always.
